  To book an appointment with us, please contact our office during our regular business hours. If you like, you can also book your next appointment while you're here at the office.

  If you experience a dental emergency, please call us right away and we'll try to make room in our schedule to see you.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us or visit us in person rather than emailing. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can open up the space in our schedule for another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated appointment reminders from us by either phone or email. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

  We accept cheques, cash and most major credit cards. 

• Do you offer direct insurance billing or payment plans?

  We accept all conventional dental insurance plans. For your convenience, we will electronically submit your claims and will accept direct payment from the insurance company.

  We also offer a flexible payment plan for our patients.
