Almost all patients who are in good general health are appropriate candidates for Sleep Dentistry. Our sedation specialists will ensure that you are in good hands at all times. Sedation options vary from mild to advanced depending on the extent of dental work that needs to be done and your individual needs.
A prescribed pill when you arrive for your appointment. Within a few minutes, you will start to feel calm and relaxed. The oral medication will cause you to be drowsy. We ask that you arrange for someone to drive you to home afterwards.
Safely administered by an M.D at Creditview Dental, we work with a certified Anaesthetist to administer General Anaesthesia. An Anaesthetist is a medical specialist. Your Anaesthetist is responsible for keeping you safe and comfortable during and after your operation. Under General Anesthesia, patients are completely unaware of the details of their dental procedure.
Since patients are “under” when they have General Anaesthetic, this form of sedation is recommended for patients that require complex dental treatments or need to undergo a number of dental procedures
General Anaesthetic for Children

General Anaesthesia is often used for children for extensive or more complicated procedures that will take a long time to complete, or when several procedures need to be completed at the same time. Our Anaesthetist specializes in anaesthesia for children and will monitor your child to allow them to sleep soundly during their procedure.
